I’ve finished my final Transformers custom: Grimlock! That’s all my Transformers projects done, I’m glad my Dinobot shelf will have a custom on it. I feel like I’m on the home straight now, one project left…..
It is Dinobot month although sadly no G2 set yet. However, as as well as finishing the aforementioned custom, I did get the plush Swoop. The set is now complete. Cuddly goodness!
I got an upgrade for Sureshot. There were a few parts included but I just used the head. Much better. As much as I prefer the toy style head, I think the original head just had a bit too much blue for me.
I finally got hold of a Klassic Kitana. I think she actually looks really good. Johnny Cage is on his way, Smoke is a bit of a dead cert. Leaves Sonya, Kano, Jax, and Kung Lao as my must haves. I’d like the bosses but I’m not too bothered.
Leaks! Nothing too exciting (apart from maybe Guzzle), but a few things are quite promising - MW Starscream specifically hints at something far more exciting. I’m a bit surprised nothing on Omnibots. I’m potentially interested in Nautica, Drift, Fort Max, and Scoop, but generally get a bit more excited about new figures rather than updates. I mean they’re all updates really, but new in the sense they haven’t had a figure since actual G1!
Another round of Marvel Legends with nothing I’m interested in. Seems to be the way with everything at the moment. Maybe I need a new hobby……
So that’s it for the month, I’ve put in a cheeky Lego order which I won’t open until the first of December, and there might be some preorders popping up but otherwise it’s going to be a quiet month or so. I’ve made some moulds and casted some pieces. Gotta finish that final custom.
